At approximately 1/18 scale, the Typhon Grom is small enough to go where larger buggies can't. Wherever you decide to tear up the terrain - on the track or around your backyard - this versatile RC car delivers an authentic ARRMA experience in a more portable size. Featuring a durable composite chassis, an enclosed metal gear drivetrain and oil-filled, coil-over shocks, this buggy is ready to tackle any challenge you throw its way. The tough buggy tyres and wheels deliver traction and stability in all conditions while its waterproof electronics and impact-absorbing front and rear bumpers give you the confidence to bash knowing your car is protected against rough landings and collisions.

Capturing the distinctive looks of the original Arrma Typhon, the Typhon Grom comes factory-finished in two standout colour schemes – blue and red – with a high downforce buggy style wing. Under the hood is a factory-installed MEGA 380 brushed motor, waterproof Spektrum SX110 steering metal-geared servo and Spektrum SLT2 2-in-1 25A ESC and receiver that has an IC2 connector. An incorporated cooling fan keeps ESC and motor temperatures down for a long life of peak performance. For reliability and easy maintenance, high-quality hex hardware is used throughout the RC buggy.

Small scale RC buggies

Equipped with a powerful Spektrum 2S LiPo battery and a user-friendly Smart charger, the Typhon Grom is ready for action anytime, anywhere. Recharging the battery is easy thanks the Smart Technology. All you need to do is plug the battery in and it is safely recharged and ready in about an hour. Perfect for beginner bashers, the included Spektrum SLT2 transmitter features a throttle limiter, so you can set the maximum speed to 50% or 75% until you’re ready.
